Dutch Beach Sailing Championship Sand yachting is a spectacular green sport; no noise, no smelly exhaust fumes. It is a combination of a racing car, a sailboat and an airplane, all mixed together. But it's not just gas and go. Depending on low tide, the right wind, a flat and a hard beach, the speeds you can reach are phenomenal. You do sand yachting on the ever-changing border between land and sea. ​The sailor, the wind, the beach and the untouched nature are the determining factors. The Dutch open/100 kilometers will be organized on 2, 3 and 4 December 2022 on Terschelling. Beach sailing takes place between post 4 and post 19.
